Room 4 looking at symmetry
This has been our first full week at school of the new term, and we have been looking at symmetry. The students in room 4 were given pictures of objects and magnetic letters and they had to figure out if either side of the line of symmetry the object was the same or different. For something to be symmetrical either side of the folded line needed to look exactly the same, this is also known as reflection symmetry.
The students needed to justify their answers, as not all students made the fold in the same way. Look at us busy at work.
