Show me 87

First we had to make the number 87. Then we had to half our number. We had 2person we had to think how many sticks each person would get.each person  got 4 groups of ten and 3 ones and there was one left over. Our number was odd.

Making 92

We had to make the number 92 first we bundled tens and we had to keep adding tens until we got to 90 we then had to add 2 ones to make 92.

The fun day

In the weekend I went to the warehouse with my family. I went to the warehouse in a van.After that we checked our shopping.When my mum was busy checking the shopping I was  pushing the pram. We went to the warehouse on Sunday at 9ooam. We went to the warehouse  to buy things for Father's Day.it was so fun.

Egypt Group Looking At The Number 143.

We used our fingers to count backwards. One was writing while the other one was thinking. The highest number that we had was 1143. Our lowest number was 142. We did about 7 examples. After that we checked our answers to see if they were all right. Then we had to get an iPad out to take a picture of our work on blogger.

 

Counting Backwards

first we had to think of a number between 0-100. We started by counting from ninety all the way back to seventy one. Next we had to have our photo taken and then put our post on to the blog.

 

Problem Solving Maths

If every day we went to dance and singing we could get 8 marbles a day.If you double 8 you have 16 but if you add 8 more you get 24.It would take 3 days to fill our jar.

 

If we got 4 marbles a day it would take six days to fill our marble jar.we worked it out by making groups of four and we had 6 groups.

Coates Crescent

We had to sort our houses onto a street and explain why we chose to do what we did. Battle craft  put the two story's at the top & the one story's at the bottom . 

We  put the  one story house at the bottom because they are wider and the the two story houses at the top because they are taller.

Spelling test

Today we  had a spelling test and we had to sit back to back . We wrote our spellings in a list. I got ten out of ten.

We  learned to spell words  with chalk. We did our spelling outside.

We learned to be safe when we go to the beach. If we see the red and yellow flags we need to swim between them .
