Making 88

First we had to get 8 tens then we had to get 8 ones.After that we had to take a photo of it.We chose 

88 because it was the biggest number and we wanted to do a lot of work.

 

Making $1.80

When me and Vance were doing our money maths the teacher said we had to find as many ways as possible to make $1.80. We made 8 ways, which took most of our time.Before we had 7 ways of making $1 80. We said to the teacher "Miss we finished" the teacher said "is there any other ways?".We had to think if there were any other ways,then I said "oh I know what we're missing.I tried to find the right coins but,they were all taken. I asked if anyone had any spare coins and there were just enough coins to make an eighth way.

Remote Control Hellicopter

On Sunday the 7th of September me my mum,my dad & my brother went to the Kmart to buy a remote control Hellicopter.I knew that they had the Hellicopter  because we went there on Saturday the   16th of September.Once I found it my dad opend it to look at the instuctions & my brother said "are you allowd to open it" and my dad said"no but,where gonna buy it anyway."We went to the counter and I bought it with my 20 dollers out of $54.We went to Harvy Norman to buy the doubble A batteries and went home & played with the Hellicopter.

Problem Solving Maths

If every day we went to dance and singing we could get 8 marbles a day.If you double 8 you have 16 but if you add 8 more you get 24.It would take 3 days to fill our jar.

 

If we got 4 marbles a day it would take six days to fill our marble jar.we worked it out by making groups of four and we had 6 groups.

Coates Crescent

We had to sort our houses onto a street and explain why we chose to do what we did. Battle craft  put the two story's at the top & the one story's at the bottom . 

We  put the  one story house at the bottom because they are wider and the the two story houses at the top because they are taller.

Spelling test

Today we  had a spelling test and we had to sit back to back . We wrote our spellings in a list. I got ten out of ten.
