We had to sort our houses onto a street and explain why we chose to do what we did. Battle craft put the two story's at the top & the one story's at the bottom .
We put the one story house at the bottom because they are wider and the the two story houses at the top because they are taller.

I think the way you sort your houses are kind of fits. Because if the short houses are in the back they can't see over the higher houses.
