If it was 4567 that would be 456 tens and 7 ones.Like if it was 56 then that is 5 tens 6 ones do you see.If it is 1000 that is 100 tens and 0 ones.If it is1234 that is 123 tens and 4 ones. Maths rocks.

Ofa's exciting work

I was writing on the board I did bigger numbers like 124 or 529. I know that 124 has 12 tens and 4 ones and that 529 has 52 tens and 9 ones. To find out how many tens are in a number you have to take out the ones.

Monday's Diary

Cross country yesterday we went to Dunkirk it was across the road all the classes went and we sat down on the grass and the year 1's went first and the year 1 boys ran second. The year 2's went third and then we came on. The girls ran first and when they got to Mrs Prasad the boys set off. I came first, Ofa came second and Sam came third. we to wear some shorts and a T-shirt. we were tired after the race. Written by Affonso

The New swimming pool at panmurebridge school

Zoe told us to swim on our back and do little kicks then she told us to float on our back.She told the children to do streamline.Then she told us to put our back on the wall.She told us to do circles with our arms.There were four people doing good arms.The new girl was called Kelsie.

Tuesday's Swimming

Today we were swimming with Kelsie
It was fun. We had to paddle on our backs. Then we had to play a game called mermaids and sharks. We had to dive under the water and swim out towards the middle of the pool.
